At CasaNova Mart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items marked as final sale

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@casanovamart.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@casanovamart.com.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
