1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all major cities and regions across Pakistan. We are working on expanding our delivery coverage to more areas.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders that meet our minimum order threshold. Check our website for current promotions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through our courier partner's website.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. After that, the package may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@casanovamart.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
